Return window
You may return any order within 14 days of delivery. Cards must be returned in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email support@cardcrateshop.com with your order number.
Refunds
You are responsible for return shipping. Once we receive the return and confirm the cards are in the same condition, we refund the original payment method within 3 business days.
We do not refund original shipping costs.
